Terms of use
Draft — to be reviewed by the owner’s lawyer before public launch. Last updated: October 2026.
1. The service
“Roll for Lawyers” is practice-management software for law offices and in-house legal departments, provided online on subscription by MEGA Business Group. Roll is a management tool: it does not give legal advice, does not connect clients with lawyers, and has no lawyer directory, ratings or offers.
2. Accounts and users
The office owner is responsible for the office’s users and their permissions, for the accuracy of the data entered, and for obtaining clients’ consent to the processing of their data. Each user keeps their sign-in method confidential.
3. Templates and deadlines
Templates are drafts shown with their version and approval status; deadlines are calculated from editable rules. The responsible lawyer reviews every document and every deadline before relying on it and remains responsible for their professional work.
4. Acceptable use
Offices must use Roll in line with the law and the rules of the legal profession, including the ban on advertising and intermediaries (Article 71 of the Egyptian Advocacy Law). Each consultation page belongs to one office and may not be used to obtain clients through intermediaries.
5. Subscription and payment
There are no charges during the private pilot. After public launch, prices are in Egyptian pounds, payment is by bank transfer and the subscription is activated once the transfer is confirmed; paid add-ons are enabled per office on request. There is no public free trial.
6. End of subscription
When a subscription ends, data remains available read-only for a reasonable period, and an export or deletion can be requested.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be entirely free of faults. To the extent permitted by law, MEGA is not liable for professional decisions taken on the basis of the software’s output without review by the responsible lawyer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
