FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I sign up now?

Roll is in a limited private pilot. Joining is by invitation or invitation code from MEGA. Request to join from the private pilot page.

Is there a free trial?

There is no public free trial. Invited offices pay nothing during the private pilot; prices will be announced at the public launch.

Does Roll pull my hearings from the courts automatically?

We are not aware of a public official interface that allows this, so we don’t promise it. Your office enters hearings itself, and Roll makes that quick.

Are the appeal deadlines guaranteed?

Roll calculates them from rules with a legal source and an effective date and shows the calculation steps. The responsible lawyer checks them before relying on them.

Are the templates approved?

Templates are drafts with a version and an approval status. The reviewing lawyer approves them progressively, and the responsible lawyer reviews every document before use.

Which languages does it support?

The interface is in Arabic, English, German and French, and each user picks their own. Court papers and templates are always in Arabic.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It installs as an app from the browser on Android and iPhone, and clients have a separate portal app.

Who can see my office’s data?

Only your office’s users, according to their permissions. MEGA’s dashboard shows subscription status and usage, never case content.

Is Roll a lawyer directory or a client-referral service?

No. No directory, ratings, offers or distribution of visitors, in line with Article 71 of the Advocacy Law. The consultation page belongs to your office and lives on your own link.

Does it support e-invoicing?

E-invoice / e-receipt mode and withholding tax are per-office settings. A link to the tax authority’s system is planned for a later phase.
