Private pilot terms
Draft — to be reviewed by the owner’s lawyer before public launch. Last updated: October 2026.
What is the private pilot?
A limited phase in which a small number of lawyers and offices use Roll by invitation from MEGA before the public launch, to make sure it works well in day-to-day practice.
Joining
By personal invitation or invitation code only. MEGA may accept or decline requests without giving reasons.
Cost
There are no charges during the pilot. Before it ends we will tell you the prices and options; your account only becomes a paid subscription if you agree.
Nature of the version
Features may change during the pilot and faults may occur. Templates and deadline rules are drafts that the responsible lawyer reviews before relying on them. We recommend keeping copies of important documents.
Feedback
We will ask for your feedback regularly. We may use your suggestions to improve the product; this gives you no rights in the software and never involves disclosing data about your clients.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential what they learn during the pilot. Your office’s data remains your office’s property and is covered by the privacy policy and the data processing terms.
Ending
You may leave at any time and ask for an export or deletion of your data; MEGA may end the pilot with reasonable notice.
