The paper diary
A daily roll per lawyer and per court — printed for the front desk and on the lawyer’s phone in court.
For law offices and in-house legal teams in Egypt
Roll lays out today’s hearings for every lawyer and every court, works out the last day to appeal from a rule with a legal source, drafts the document straight from the case file, tracks fees and lets clients see where their case stands.
Available now by invitation in the private pilot. In Arabic, English, German and French.
A daily roll per lawyer and per court — printed for the front desk and on the lawyer’s phone in court.
Every deadline rule has a duration, a starting event, a legal source and an effective date, plus distance periods, holidays and reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before.
A versioned library of Egyptian templates that fills itself from the case file and prints on your letterhead in Arabic.
Fee agreements, payment schedules and recoverable expenses, with client statements and reminders for overdue amounts.
A portal where clients see the latest decision, the next hearing, the documents you share and what they owe.
Role-based permissions, confidential cases and a log of every change — because legal files are confidential by nature.
Deadline calculator
When you record a judgment, Roll suggests the relevant deadlines, counts them from the date of judgment or service, adds the distance period and rolls the date forward if it falls on a public holiday.
Templates
A catalogue of 317 templates in 24 categories, 70 of them ready as drafts for the first release: statements of claim, formal notices, pleadings, criminal complaints, contracts and office forms.
Consultations on your own link
Each office gets a consultation page on its own link, which it shares itself. The person describes the matter and attaches documents, chats with the office, agrees on the appointment, the documents to bring and any fee — then becomes a client and a case in one click.
Every query is limited to your office, and MEGA’s dashboard never shows the content of your cases.
Documents are kept out of direct reach and opened only through short-lived signed links.
We follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law; our legal texts are being reviewed by a specialist lawyer.
The private pilot is limited and by invitation. Leave your details and we will be in touch.
